Learn how to apply bold, italic, underline and strike-through formatting to cells.
Select Cell and Inspector
Select the cell or series of cells with the text you want to format (1) and tap the inspector (2).
Select Cells and Formatting
Select the Cells tab (1) and apply any formatting you would like (2).

Is there a way to change the text size in a cell? I'm using 'Numbers' on the iPad.
This is very helpful, but I have one more question, How do I alter the font in a cell to make it larger or smaller?
